Before JLH, each of us operated on our own — Henry ran residential pressure washing, Jack ran junk removal, and Liam could be found for nearly any job under the sun. We joined forces to build one cohesive home-maintenance company, combining three sets of overlapping skills. Leveraging each other's discipline and attention to detail built a system of trust — keeping each other in check, covering each other's weaknesses, and pushing one another to be better. How do I get a quote?

What does it cost?
Flat rates — one price before we start. Nothing hourly, nothing added at the end. Pressure washing typically runs $100–$350 depending on surface size. Junk removal depends on load volume. Call for an exact number — it takes 60 seconds.
What area do you cover?
Kingston and a ~30km radius: Amherstview, Bath, Gananoque, Napanee, Kingston Mills, Glenburnie, Inverary. Not sure if you're in range? Call — if we can get there, we will.
How fast can you come?
Usually same week. Sometimes same day if there's a gap in the schedule. Call early in the week for the best availability. If it's urgent, say so — we'll do our best.
What can't you haul?
Household hazardous materials (paint, solvents, chemicals) require special disposal — we'll point you to the right place. Everything else is fair game: furniture, appliances, renovation debris, yard waste, full estate cleanouts.
Do you charge for quotes?
Never. Quotes are free and there's no obligation. Tell us what you need and we'll give you a flat price before any work starts.
What happens if it rains?
We keep an eye on the forecast and reschedule at no cost if the weather won't let us do the job right. You'll always know ahead of time.
Do I need to be home?
For most exterior jobs, no — as long as we have access to the area and an outdoor water source. We'll confirm the details when we book.
How do I pay?
E-transfer or cash once the job's done and you're happy with it. No deposit required for standard jobs.
